Not a video to copy. Your child sits at a real piano or keyboard, and Plamiro listens through the tablet's microphone — following the melody note by note, lighting up the key it actually heard, and waiting when they need a moment.
There is a four-click count-in, a tempo they can drop to 60% while a passage is still new, and phrase-by-phrase practice so a hard bar can be repeated without starting the piece again. On the duet pieces Plamiro takes the bass line and your child carries the melody — and they can switch off the guide part to play it alone once it clicks.
The pieces are ones a child actually wants to play: Ode to Joy, Für Elise, Happy Birthday, the Tetris theme, a twelve-bar blues riff, In the Hall of the Mountain King.
No piano in the house? The on-screen keyboard works the same way, and if the microphone is unavailable the lesson carries on with taps instead.
