How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days free. Use everything — every lesson, all 8 subjects, every kid on the plan. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged.

Which plan should I pick?

Basic, for most families: our AI included with nothing to configure, and Opus 5 — the strongest model — on the moments that actually need it. Take Premium if your child works well ahead of grade level, or you want the heavier models on every problem. Choose bring-your-own-AI only if you already have an Anthropic API key; no other providers yet.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium?

Which models do the work, and how long they think. Basic runs Haiku and Sonnet 5 at medium effort and escalates to Opus 5 for the hard moments — a new concept, a repeated mistake, anything flagged. Premium runs Opus 5 far more often and at higher effort, with Fable in the mix. Both plans teach the same lessons.

Is one subscription really enough for all my kids?

On a family plan, yes. One price covers up to 5 children, each with their own profile, their own pace, and their own progress, and there is no per-child fee. If you are only teaching one child, the single-child plan costs half.

How does this compare to a tutor?

In-person tutoring typically runs $40 to $80 an hour, and structured programs often cost well over $100 per child each month. Plamiro Basic is $14.99 a month for one child or $29.99 for up to five, with no session limits.

Do you have a price for classrooms?

Do I need to download an app from the App Store?

No. Plamiro is a web app — open it in any browser and tap "Add to Home Screen" to install it like a native app. It works on iPad, Android, phones, Chromebooks, and computers. There is no App Store or Play Store download.

Can I use Plamiro in both English and Spanish?

Yes — full Castilian Spanish support is built in. Your child can work in either language or both, and you choose per session.

Can I switch plans or cancel any time?

Yes to both. Move between Basic and Premium whenever you like and the change applies from the next bill. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks — no phone call, no retention gauntlet. You keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.

Is this safe for my child's data?

We take COPPA seriously. Children's data is never sold, never used for ad targeting, and never shared with third parties beyond what is required to run the service. You can export or permanently delete your child's data yourself, any time, from parent controls.
