We never diagnose your child.
Plamiro is not a medical or psychological tool. We will never tell you your child has ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or any other condition — not directly, not as a suggestion, not as a pattern we "noticed." Ever.
What we do observe, with your permission: functional learning traits — how long your child focuses, whether they work better in short bursts, whether they prefer typing or photo-upload. These observations help us tailor lessons. They are never presented as diagnoses.

We never sell your child's data.
Your child's answers, photos, session history, and learning patterns are yours. We do not sell them, rent them, license them, or share them with data brokers — period. We're a subscription service; our business model is your subscription, not your data.
We never train AI models on your child's work.
When your child submits a photo of their homework or answers a problem, that goes to Anthropic's Claude AI for review under a contract that explicitly prohibits using your child's data to train AI models.
We also anonymize identifying information before any content leaves our system — your child's name never goes to an AI model. Nor does anything a parent has told us about how their child learns: we don't diagnose, and the notes you do share stay on our side of that line.

We never advertise to your child.
No ads. No sponsored lessons. No brand placements in content. The only thing we're selling to your child is learning — and we charge you, the parent, for that. Your child will never see a commercial for anything inside Plamiro.
We never share your child's photos with anyone but you.
Photos your child uploads for show-your-work review are processed to read what they wrote or drew — a worked calculation, a labelled diagram, a colour study — then deleted on a rolling schedule. They are never shared with third parties, never used in marketing materials, and never stored longer than necessary to deliver the feedback.
We never lock you in.
If Plamiro isn't working for your family, you can cancel any time from your dashboard in about 30 seconds — no phone call required, no "please tell us why" obstacle course.
If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid charge, we refund every penny. No questions asked.
We never pretend to replace teachers.
Teachers know things about your child that no AI will ever know. Plamiro is practice support, reinforcement, and catch-up help — the 45 minutes after school that's hard to fill alone. A teacher is irreplaceable; we're the extra reps between lessons.
If a teacher ever tells you something conflicts with what Plamiro is showing your child, trust the teacher.
